Ron Burton Training Village has been transforming young lives since 1985, providing a structured environment where youth, particularly from underserved communities, can develop into strong leaders. Founded by former New England Patriots running back Ron Burton (1936–2003), Ron Burton Training Village offers a six-week summer program in Hubbardston, Mass. The program focuses on character development, academic success, and physical fitness, equipping young people with the skills they need to succeed in life.
Ron Burton Training Village emphasizes the development of the whole person — mentally, physically, and spiritually — through its program built around five core values: love, peace, patience, humility, and hard work. The village serves over 180 youth annually, primarily from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, providing an immersive experience that promotes both personal and academic growth.
